September 16, 2020 Clubhouse Update

Last month residents were asked to bring their pass keys to the Clubhouse to be entered into the new entry system. Our hopes were to get enough resident’s keys entered to comfortably turn on the new system.

The Clubhouse reports that between 200 and 250 keys have been entered to date. That is appreciated. Those that haven’t done so yet are encouraged to do so.

The Board decided it’s time to reopen. The fitness room is resorting back to its original hours, the playground is opening and the clubhouse will be available for events, with restrictions. All of which, require your newly entered pass keys.

When inside the clubhouse, residents and their guests will be required to wear a mask. Let’s remember that COVID-19 has not gone away. We ask that you use your very best judgement and adhere to CDC guidelines while using any Concord Station amenity.

Thank you

Steve Christie
